Netoloji E-Flow 3.23 – The Foundation That Strengthens Your Business Processes
E‑Flow 3.23 delivers comprehensive solutions designed to optimize workflows, increase operational efficiency, and ensure access from anywhere. Highlights include:
Document Access & Storage Flexibility
Smooth rendering of high-resolution documents, support for the new NTL file extension, and compatibility with servers lacking Office apps. Plus, FTP integration offers more options for data storage.
Performance Optimization
Backend improvements in the E‑Flow Windows Service and cache enhancements in the Count System allow uninterrupted performance even with large data volumes—ensuring sustainable operations under heavy loads.
Security & Identity Management
Enhanced security with TLS 1.2 and Azure Entra integration. Single sign-on (SSO) now enables seamless access across all applications with a single identity, simplifying user management.
Smart Document Management with OCR
New OCR models automatically extract data from IDs, bank checks, driver’s licenses, and passports. Additionally, LineItemTable support enables intelligent processing of invoices and tabular documents—reducing manual workload in accounting.
These enhancements make E‑Flow 3.23 a powerful starting point in your digital transformation. But we’re not stopping there! We continue to evolve and improve user experience. Let’s explore the exciting enhancements introduced in this interim update:
June Interim Release – Agile Steps for a Digital World
Built upon the solid foundation of E‑Flow 3.23 and shaped by user feedback, our June interim release adds features that enhance agility, security, and usability across your processes:
- Stronger Connections to Data Sources: Oracle Enhancements
Previously, complex Oracle queries during recursive DB scans could encounter hiccups. With the interim release, E‑Flow now seamlessly supports Oracle data sources. Large datasets that once took minutes — or caused errors — now load in seconds, enabling real-time access to the strategic insights you need. This means faster workflows and easier data retrieval for all Oracle-using clients. - Fine-Tuned User Experience: Task Lists & Kanban Improvements
Task lists and Kanban boards—core to daily workflows—have received performance and usability upgrades. Kanban boards no longer slow down under heavy load, and now show a loading icon during filtering for clear user feedback. We’ve also resolved issues where users without filter permissions couldn’t filter task lists. These updates make daily workflows smoother and more efficient. - Visual Enhancements & Usability: Attention to Detail
We’ve improved visual padding, alignment, and filtering screens on process lists and Kanban. Mandatory field warnings in forms now display correctly, and the 404 error page adjusts better to different screen sizes. These refinements make using the E‑Flow no-code platform more enjoyable and effective. - E-Signature & Document Management: Positioning & Mobile Upload
E-signature placement within PDFs can now be customized and edited to meet legal and compliance standards. The “Mobile File Upload” setting within the Designer has been moved under the General section for easier access. These updates improve flexibility and control in managing digital documents. - Strengthened Integrations: Logo Tiger & External Service Calls
E-Flow’s strength lies in its integration capabilities. The interim release enhances Logo Tiger integration by adding the ORD_PERC field to the SUPPLIER tag in Material Cards. Additionally, support for subdomains in external service calls (e.g., ML projects) increases integration flexibility.
Other Enhancements
Beyond these highlights, we’ve made numerous small but impactful improvements in performance, security, and usability across the platform—ensuring a smoother, more efficient E‑Flow experience.
Netoloji’s E‑Flow 3.23 and its June interim release offer powerful tools to support your digital transformation journey. Discover how we can help optimize your workflows, increase productivity, and secure competitive advantage. Let’s stride into the digital future together.
