E-Flow 3.25 · AI

Every word you write becomes a step.

Describe your process in your own words. With AI workflow automation, E-Flow understands what you want and puts the start, approvals, conditions and notifications in place within seconds.

Example: the parts of a written process description turn into E-Flow components and a process draft takes shape. Examples are illustrative.

Create an employee leave request: check the remaining leave balance; if it's more than 3 days, the department head approves, otherwise the manager approves; notify HR once approved.

While designing

The flow is ready. So is the rest.

E-Flow prepares the task form along with the process. Describe a query and the SQL assistant writes it; the language assistant translates the form text into other languages. All of it is a draft you can edit.

While the process runs

As work flows, AI works too.

Documents are read and fields are filled in. Process data is evaluated with AI, and machine learning assigns the task to the right person. Example: employee onboarding.

While you work

Ask. Keep your work moving.

E-Flow Assistant tells you where your request stands, summarizes your task and finds what a document says, and every answer comes with its source.

Works only with information you have permission to access.

Where's my leave request?

Your leave request (Oct 13–17, 5 days) is awaiting the department head's approval. It has been with Mark Davis since 4:40 PM yesterday; once approved, HR will be notified.

Summarize this task.

Daniel Reed starts on November 1, 2026. His ID card, proof of address and civil status record have been read; the document check is consistent and nothing is missing. What you need to do: prepare the employment contract and send it for signature.
↗ Onboarding · ON-0187

How long is the probation period in the draft contract?

The probation period is two months. During this period, either party may terminate the contract without notice.

Trust and control

The power of AI. You're in control.

AI in E-Flow works within your permissions and your organization's rules.

01 · Access

It knows only what you can access.

The assistant works only with information you have permission to access in E-Flow. Your existing permission boundaries still apply.

02 · Approval

You have the final say.

Process and form drafts remain drafts until you save them. You can change an assignment suggestion and review the AI step's result within the process.

03 · In the process

Every step stays in the process.

Results produced by AI are written to the form; steps and approvals appear in the process history.

On-premises model option

Your data stays on your network.

The AI model runs on your organization's servers; documents, tasks and process data never leave your network.

Enterprise AI

Your own AI. Inside your work, with E-Flow.

Keep using the AI you have already invested in. Two ways to connect: your assistant inside E-Flow, and your agents connected to E-Flow.

01 · In your workspace

Let your own assistant join the work.

Present your organization's AI application or internal portal in the E-Flow workspace.

02 · Authorized connection · MCP

Your agent asks. E-Flow answers.

Your organization's AI agents query tasks, requests and documents over an MCP connection, within the user's permissions.

Different AIs. The same enterprise control.

Can I change the process and form that AI creates?
Yes. The generated flow and task form are a draft. You adjust the steps, approval conditions and fields to fit your work; nothing changes until you save. While designing ↑
Which E-Flow version introduces process design from a sentence?
E-Flow 3.25. You type your process into a text box, and the flow and task form are drafted in seconds. Document reading, the SQL assistant and the language assistant have been part of E-Flow since earlier versions.
Which documents can E-Flow read and transfer to a form?
Invoices and receipts, plus ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, residence permits, social security cards, proof of address, civil registry records (individual and family), bank checks, bank statements, credit cards and payslips. The extracted information fills the form fields you map. While the process runs ↑
Can the assistant see all of our organization's data?
No. The assistant works with the information the user has permission to access in E-Flow. Existing permission boundaries still apply. Trust and control ↑
When are task summaries created?
Whenever you ask. Form fields, notes and the activity history are brought together into a short summary that helps you understand the task. While you work ↑
Which AI models can be used?
Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, or a model running on your organization's servers. Your organization decides which model to use.
Does our data have to leave our organization?
It depends on how you work. You can use a cloud model; with the on-premises model option, everything runs without data leaving your network. On-premises model ↑
Can we use our organization's own AI application with E-Flow?
Yes, in two ways. You can present your organization's AI application or internal portal in the E-Flow workspace. Your organization's AI agents can also query tasks, requests and documents over an MCP connection, within the user's permissions. Your own AI ↑
