1. Who we are
Netoloji Yazılım A.Ş. ("Netoloji", "we") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our registered office is at Dudullu OSB Mah., Des-2 Cad., Teknopark Binası No: 8/66, 34776 Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us about privacy at info@netoloji.com.
This notice covers the netoloji.com website and the forms on it. It does not cover data that our customers process in E-Flow as part of their own business; for that data the customer is the controller and Netoloji acts under the customer's instructions and contract.
2. What data we collect and why
We collect only the data you give us in a form, and, if you allow it, data about how you use the site.
Contact form
Data: topic, name, email address, phone number, company, product you are interested in, approximate number of users, partnership type, city and country, area of interest, a link you share and your message. Only name, email and message are required; the rest depends on the topic you choose.
Purpose: to answer your question and, if you wish, to continue the conversation about our products or services.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Demo request form
Data: name, company, job title, email address, phone number, approximate number of users, the products you are interested in, the process you would like to see in the demo, and the page you came from (for example, a solution page).
Purpose: to plan and hold the demo and to follow up on it.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in following up on a demo you requested (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Partner application form
Data: company name, your name and title, email address, phone number, company type, website, the products you are interested in, city and country, and your message.
Purpose: to evaluate your application and to contact you about a possible partnership.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Job applications
Data: name, email address, phone number, the team you are applying to, your message and your CV. The application is sent from your own email program to our address, with your CV attached.
Purpose: to assess your application for an open or future position.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep your application for future positions only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Site language
When you send a form from a page that is not in Turkish, the language of the page (for example, English) is added to your request so that we can reply in your language.
Cookies and usage data
With your consent only, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure how the site is used and whether our ads bring enquiries, and, if you allow it, to show you our ads on Google and other sites. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The details, including each cookie and how long it is kept, are in our Cookie Policy. What you write in a form is never sent to Google.
Technical data
When you visit the site, the servers of our hosting provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. Within Netoloji, only the teams that handle your request can see it.
- E-Flow: contact, demo and partner forms are recorded in our own business process platform E-Flow (www.eflow.com.tr), where our sales, partner and support teams follow up on them.
- Email: job applications, and other forms when the direct connection is not available, reach us by email through your own email program.
- Google: if you consent to cookies, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process usage data for analytics and advertising.
- Netoloji partners and product makers: if a Netoloji partner serves your country, or your request is about BudgetLab, Buyasoft or Lizybot, we may pass your request to that partner or to the maker of the product so that they can answer you or hold the demo. We share only what they need for that.
- Hosting provider: the company in Istanbul that hosts netoloji.com processes technical data on our behalf.
- Authorities: we disclose data only when the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Netoloji is based in Türkiye. The website and E-Flow run on servers in Istanbul, so the data you send us is stored and processed in Türkiye, where it is also protected by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. You send this data directly to us; we apply the protections described in this notice wherever you are.
If we pass your request to a Netoloji partner or product maker in another country (section 3), we do so to take the steps you asked for, such as answering you or holding a demo (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Google may process cookie data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact and demo requests: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract.
- Partner applications: up to 2 years after our last contact with you; longer if a partnership is established.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the application, or longer only with your consent.
- Cookies: as stated for each cookie in our Cookie Policy.
- Technical data: for the period our hosting provider keeps its server logs for security purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdraw. To exercise your rights, write to info@netoloji.com. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
7. Security
We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections, role-based access and access logs in E-Flow.
8. Children
The site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
9. Changes to this notice
If our use of personal data changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page.
