1. Scope of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on netoloji.com, which is operated by Netoloji Yazılım A.Ş. ("Netoloji"). General information about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Notice.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. This site also uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage); in this policy they are described together with cookies.
3. Cookies we use
The site uses four kinds of cookies: necessary, analytics, ad measurement and personalized advertising. All except the necessary ones are used only with your consent.
Necessary (no consent needed)
These are needed for the site to work and to remember choices you make. They stay in your browser and are not sent to Netoloji or anyone else.

Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit the site, which pages are read and how often the forms are used. These cookies are set when you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, or "Analytics" under "Options". If you do not consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no request is sent to Google.
When a form is sent, only the type of form (for example, a demo request) is reported; when you click our phone number or email address, only the click is reported. What you write in a form is never sent to Google Analytics. Google signals are turned off. Ad personalization is turned on only if you allow the "Personalized ads" category.

Ad measurement (only with your consent)
Used to measure whether the ads we run on Google Ads bring enquiries: if you came to the site by clicking an ad and later sent a form, that form is counted as a result of the ad. These cookies are set when you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, or "Ad measurement" under "Options".
Ad measurement works through Google Analytics, so it cannot be selected without analytics. What you write in a form is not sent to Google. On its own, this category is not used to show you personalized ads or to build remarketing lists; for that, the "Personalized ads" category is also needed.

Personalized ads (only with your consent)
Used so that, because you visited the site, Netoloji ads can be shown to you on Google Search, YouTube and sites in Google's display network (remarketing). This starts when you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, or "Personalized ads" under "Options"; it cannot be selected without ad measurement and analytics.
No new cookie is added to this site for this category: your visit, measured with the Google Analytics cookies, is added to our visitor lists in Google Ads. When showing these ads, Google uses cookies on its own domains (for example google.com and doubleclick.net), which are subject to Google's advertising policy. The lists do not contain your name, email or anything you wrote in a form; they are built only from the pages visited, and a person stays on a list for at most 30 days.
4. Legal basis and transfers
Necessary cookies stay in your browser and are used only to make the site work the way you ask it to.
Analytics, ad measurement and personalized ad cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable rules on storing information in your device). Google may process this data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time, including for each category separately.
5. How to change your choice
You can give or withdraw your consent at any time. The "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page, or the button below, opens the cookie banner. Under "Options" you can switch analytics, ad measurement and personalized ads on or off separately. When you withdraw consent, the related Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are deleted from your browser. When you withdraw consent for personalized ads, new visits are not added to lists, and you drop off lists you were added to within 30 days at the latest.
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. To turn off Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's browser add-on.
