Processes have been made smarter through strategic investments in artificial intelligence and machine learning infrastructure. Infrastructure improvements were made to pave the way for future AI-supported automation features. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capabilities have been developed to increase the automation rate in document-based processes, and work has begun on creating data elements with artificial intelligence.
Significant enhancements have been made to the E-Flow Payment Management module to make payment processes more secure and user-friendly. By allowing businesses' credit card POS accounts to be defined as data elements, you can easily make your collections as part of the processes, whether on the web interface or in our mobile application.
E-Flow DMS continues to be at the center of business processes while the product is reinforced with new features. Workflows have been accelerated with capabilities such as document management from mobile devices, the ability to transfer files from the process to DMS using the "Calculate" component, adding files directly to DMS by selecting a folder from reports, and document preview. Filtering performance in Kanban and reporting screens has been increased, providing a faster and smoother user experience. Improvements were made regarding the use of date variables in reports and the use of LineItemTable URL-typed columns.
Our mobile infrastructure has been strengthened, and new APIs have been developed for the effective use of Document Management System (DMS) features from mobile devices. Operations such as document sharing from mobile devices, text reading with OCR, viewing history, and managing favorites have been facilitated. Improvements were made to task list loading and API issues in the mobile application.
The product licensing model has been simplified, made more flexible and transparent with innovations in the credit (quota) system and improvements in the licensing infrastructure. Licensing errors have been significantly reduced, aiming for uninterrupted and secure use.
The general stability and reliability of the system have been significantly increased in line with our "zero-defect" target. Situations identified based on security test results have been resolved. Precautions against threats such as SQL Injection have been increased. Various 500 Internal Server errors, authorization issues, and situations negatively affecting the user experience have been resolved. Priority was given to a smoother and uninterrupted working environment.
Various improvements have been made to the interface and overall user experience to make user interaction with the E-Flow platform more enjoyable and productive. A better experience is aimed at every step with visual arrangements, more informative messages, corrections in localization settings, and dynamic screen components. Improvements were made, especially in the renewed Login screen design, icon arrangements, and the functioning of popup and dropdown elements.
Email and notification systems have been updated to make communication processes more effective. With new email designs and improvements in password reset and update processes, important notifications have become more modern and understandable. Developments were made regarding issues such as button functionality in Outlook versions and Arabic language support.
Sensitivity regarding system security and management is maintained. In this version, precautions against security vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection have been increased. Logging mechanisms have been improved and stability in user authorization processes has been ensured. Improvements were made in system management issues such as IIS application pool settings and the instant reflection of user authorization changes.
Our software development and distribution processes have been modernized, and a faster and more reliable infrastructure has been adopted with the 3.24 version. Software quality has been increased thanks to Jenkins and SonarQube integrations, while potential problems during version transitions have been minimized.
